Solicitud de aclaración y adición de la Sentencia T-622/16.

La Jefe de la Oficina Asesora Jurídica del al Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible presentó a la Corporación una petición tendiente a que le absolvieran varios interrogantes, derivados de las obligaciones impuestas a dicha cartera en el trámite de cumplimiento del fallo de la referencia.

Teniendo en cuenta que el anterior requerimiento fue presentado de manera extemporáneo, la Corte decidió RECHAZARLO.

No obstante, dispuso el envío del presente proveído y de la petición del Ministerio, al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca -Sección Cuarta, Subsección B-, para lo que corresponda.

  2. Segundo. Remitir copia de la presente providencia y de la solicitud del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca -Sección Cuarta, Subsección B-, para lo que corresponda.
  3. Tercero. Proceda la Secretaría General de esta Corporación a librar las comunicaciones correspondientes, adjuntando copia de este proveído.
